Where Has The Time Gone

As I checked in on our blog I realized nearly two weeks has passed since my last post, so my thought was where has the time gone. However I do know that a week ago we were introduced to "Facebook" . We will have to admit that this being a new adventure took us awhile to get onto the process, but with the help and encouragement of 4 family members (Lew, Brett, Beckie and Kevin) we have mastered a small potion of it , and finding out that it can become addicting, but we have enjoyed connecting with family and friends that has taken us to so many places.
So thanks again to our kids for your confidence and patience with us while we tried to catch on, so needless to say that has been where much of our time has gone.
Also Beckie introduced me to " Scrapblogging" and even set up a trial run, but sorry Beck's I haven't even looked at it since and if, and when I ever find what you did I will likely need another lesson.
Today seems like fall is looming in the air, so it's another reminder of where has the summer gone.
The past months we have been enjoying watching our 'Great Granddaughter' advance through different stages, from a new born, to smiling, laughing outloud, and now to the roll over. Elkhorn, Man Reunion

We had another enjoyable Reunion in Elkhorn, Man. this past weekend August 3-5. The town
and organizers spared nothing to make it an
enjoyable time.

Cal had a great time trying renewing friendships
of people he knew from 60 plus years ago,
especially those he went to school with.

He especially enjoyed seeing some of the family he boarded with at that time.
This is Cal with three of those sisters as they remienice 64 years ago.

Spending time with Eileen and her family was a highlite as well.
